The big game is back and since we’re still spending the majority of our time at home, it’s important to bring our charcuterie A-game to this event. Now, this board is a little different than your usual cheese, meat, and cracker covered spread. A Super Bowl Charcuterie Board requires a specific equation of veggies, chips, and dips to create the ultimate set up to football game munching. Here’s how to organized this year’s superbowl charcuterie assortment:

Meats: Salami Assortment
Cheese: Goat cheese and Asiago cheddar
Chip + Crackers: Poppyseed Crackers, Cheese puffs, Hawaiian style salt + vinegar chips, Elote corn chip dippers
Veggies: Sliced bell peppers, celery, carrots
Dips: Buffalo hummus, pico de gallo, caramelized onion dip
Arrange on a large board starting with your biggest items first. I always place my dip bowls, then work outwards from there. (bowls, cheeses, meats, veggies, crackers). I purchased all of these ingredients at Trader Joe’s.
Don’t forget to tag me in all of your charcuterie creations! Enjoy the big game + this tasty super bowl charcuterie spread!
